Graphic design is a broad field with many branches and products. If the service or product you need isn't listed, don't worry. Contact me, and I will study your case and needs.

If that happens, I will conduct an objective analysis to clarify the cause of the disagreement, as often it's important to place in context that the product's characteristics are determined not by personal taste or chance, but by:

  • Product characteristics
  • Industry characteristics
  • Competitor characteristics
  • Functional characteristics
  • Aesthetic criteria
  • Design criteria
  • Characteristics favored by the target audience
  • Technical limitations for reproduction or printing

When I design, I don't do it for myself or for you personally, I do it for your project and its needs.

That's why it's necessary to make a distinction between what you want and what you need.

If you still feel that the proposal is inadequate, don't worry, you have a pre-set number of revision rounds included. If after these rounds you are still unsatisfied, you have the option to request an additional round of revisions or cancel the entire development of your project.

Of course, the only thing needed to continue an ongoing project is access to the files and resources.

The responsibility of providing these files falls on the client.

No, the design budget covers exactly that, the design.

If you want assistence with the printing process, let me know so I can investigate the best options.

You must first meet the terms and conditions of the contract.

If you need accommodations or adjustments to your situation, don't worry—my goal is to help you. I’ll do everything I can on my end to make things easier for you.

To start your project, I don't just jump straight into the computer to create it. First, I need to gather information about what you need, the resources to be used, research your sector and audience, and analyze your case in depth.

All of this work takes time; time that I won’t be dedicating to another client.

That's why, to avoid potential cases of irresponsible hiring and cancellation, I have a policy in place where I can be fairly compensated for the work done if this happens.

You can read more about this in detail in the terms and conditions under section 2.2.
